PALMETTO YOUTH CENTER

Established in 1957 by a group; of community leaders, The Palmetto Youth Center provides a positive environment for at-risk youngsters. These visionaries believed that it was important to reach at risk children at critical and impressionable times in their lives. They were determined to provide these youth with the tools that are needed to lead productive and enriching lives.

The Board of Directors of the Palmetto Youth Center is a committed group of community leaders who give freely of their time and resources to accomplish the goals of the Center. Our Board is a model of what a Board of Directors should be… committed cognizant of the needs and hands-on in service, planning and implementation.
